BOSTON– The Northeastern men's basketball team will round out its non-conference road schedule on at Vermont on Sunday afternoon at Patrick Gymnasium at 2 p.m.
The two teams will meet for the fourth-straight season, the longest streak since a 35-game stretch from 1970-71 until 2004-05. Northeastern has won the last three games between the two teams.
Northeastern has faced Vermont 72 times in program history, fifth most among Husky opponents. Here are some other things you should know heading into Sunday's game.

- Vermont is 7-3 on the year heading into Sunday's contest with the Huskies
- The Catamounts are currently on a four-game winning streak heading into the game with the Huskies with victories coming at George Washington, at Towson, at George Mason and home against Harvard last time out
- Vermont has played in four home games this season and are 3-1 at Patrick Gymnasium in 2018-19 with their only loss coming against Bucknell, 69-61

- Vermont is once again led by Anthony Lamb who is averaging 20.6 ppg as well as 7.1 rpg
- Robin Duncan has tallied a team-high 27 assists in addition to 4.3 ppg while Ernie Duncan has added 26 assists and 16.1 ppg this season
ALL-TIME SERIES
- The two teams have met 72 times in year's past with the Huskies leading the series 44-28
- Northeastern has won three-straight meetings against the Catamounts, and has come away with two-straight wins in Burlington
- Northeastern has also now won four of the last five meetings between the two teams
- Northeastern and Vermont will meet for the first time in four-straight seasons since they were both a part of the America East conference where they met for 35 straight seasons from 70-71 until 04-05
- Slow and steady wins the race
- One of the Huskies most consistant players, across the board, is Donnell Gresham, who has set up as a shooting guard, and as of late, taken over point guard duties with Vasa Pusica missing time due to a wrist injury
- Whenever the Huskies need a big shot, Gresham has stepped up, including a dagger of a three to seal the game against Harvard down the stretch
- Against Syracuse he took deep three after deep three in the Carrier Dome and currently boasts a .436 3FG % this season
- The last time out, Gresham paced the Huskies against Oakland putting up a career-high 26 points while pulling down a game-high seven rebounds and dishing out three assists
- This season Gresham is averaging 12.4 ppg, 4.9 rpg, 4.5 apg, and has made 18 steals while shooting .450 from the field
- Since the absense of Pusica, Gresham has only stepped his game up in the last five games tallying 16.8 ppg, 4.6 rpg, 5.0 apg, and making 7 of his 18 steals while shooting .522 from the field and .484 from deep

- Northeastern takes on a pair of America East conference opponents this season
- For the ninth straight season, Northeastern opened the year against Boston University, starting the year off, once again, against the Terriers, this time at Matthews Arena
