2018 Northeastern Men's Soccer Roster
BOSTON – Northeastern men's soccer head coach
Chris Gbandi proudly introduced and welcomed nine first-year additions to the Huskies' 2018 roster on Monday.
Gbandi's incoming class features one striker (
Timothy Ennin), two attacking midfielders (
Ryan Massoud,
Tyler Welch), four defensive midfielders (
Omar Da Naia,
Jacob Marin-Thomson,
Chris Rivera, and
Mikey Stockley), one primary defender (
Jack Monte), and one goalkeeper (
Chandler Cree).
Northeastern, which also returns 68 percent of its minutes played from the 2017 season, is days away from beginning its 2018 training schedule. The Huskies are slated to play three preseason exhibition matches: at Quinnipiac on Sunday, Aug. 12 (2:30 p.m.), at Massachusetts on Saturday, Aug. 18 (2 p.m.), and at home against Southie FC on Sunday, Aug. 19 (5 p.m.).
NU will open the 2018 regular season at Parsons Field on Friday, Aug. 24, against Niagara. Kickoff is scheduled for 5 p.m.
