TOWSON, Md. – Led by
Hannah Rosenblatt and
Olivia Ware's pair of three-point outings on Thursday afternoon, the Northeastern women's soccer team cruised past Towson, 3-0, at the Tiger Soccer Complex, improving to 3-0-0 during CAA play for the first time since 2014.

Ware directed in the Huskies' first goal of the match during the 18th minute, firing the rebound from Rosenblatt's initial attempt through the top shelf for the go-ahead score.

Ten minutes later, Rosenblatt connected on her conference leading, seventh goal of the season from the right side of the box, putting Northeastern (6-6-1, 3-0-0 CAA) in the driver's seat midway through the first half. Redshirt-freshman forward

Katarina Nilsson placed the finishing touches on the Huskies' shutout victory during the 78th minute, powering Ware's pass through from the top of the 18-yard box. Upon finding the back of the net, Nilsson increased her scoring streak to three straight matches, having scored during each of Northeastern's three CAA victories this season.
