BROOKLINE, MASS. – Weathering a fierce first half attack by James Madison on Sunday at Parsons Field, the Northeastern women's soccer team flipped the tone of the match during the second stanza as the Huskies downed the Dukes, 2-0, to remain the last unbeaten team in the CAA.

Eve Goulet broke the stalemate during the 59th minute, heading
Hannah Rosenblatt's corner from the left flag in from the right side of the Huskies' six-yard box. Goulet's header took a high bounce across the net before sneaking inside the left post, yielding the senior captain's second goal of the season.

Upon earning the assist on Goulet's goal, Rosenblatt collected her 66th career point, breaking her tie with Greta Samuelsdottir for third place on the Huskies' all-time points list.

Thirteen minutes later, Northeastern (7-6-1, 4-0-0 CAA) doubled its lead.

Kerri Zerfoss worked the Huskies' attack through the midfield before the duo found
Nicole Gorman open along the left flank. Gorman deked one JMU defender before threading the clinching goal through the left post.
