BOSTON—The No. 4 Northeastern women's hockey team will host Holy Cross this Friday, Nov. 29 at 7 p.m. in a post-Thanksgiving tilt.

THREE THINGS TO KNOW:
  1. The Crusaders: Holy Cross is coming off a home-and-home series sweep of Merrimack, to claim its first wins of the season. Goalie Jada Brenon made 77 saves for a .951 save percentage against Merrimack. Brenon was named one of the NCAA Three Stars of the Week for her performance. Rachel Moore leads the Crusaders with eight points off two goals and six assists. Mary Edmonds leads Holy Cross with three goals.

  2. She's On A Knoll: After contributing three points over three games, freshman forward Katy Knoll of the No. 4 Northeastern women's hockey team has been named the Pro Ambitions Rookie of the Week as announced by the league on Monday.

  3. Block It Like It's Hot: Senior defenseman Codie Cross leads the Huskies with 29 blocks through 14 games this season. Cross is currently tied for third for most blocks in the Hockey East and has blocked at least one shot in all but one game this season. She blocked a season-high six shots in the 3-2 overtime loss to Maine.
