BOSTON— The Northeastern women's soccer team welcomes Towson to the friendly confines of Parsons Field this Thursday, Sept. 26 at 3 p.m. for the first match of a nine-game CAA schedule.

THREE THINGS TO KNOW:
- Taming The Tigers: Towson enters this match at 3-5-1, most recently defeating the University of Richmond, 3-0. Jenna Blank is the leading scorer for the Tigers with four goals on the season. Blank also leads the Tigers in points with 10. Three Tigers have gotten the nod in goal through nine games, with Lindsey Pazdziorko leading the way with five starts, a 1.37 GAA and .804 save percentage.Â
- Opening CAA Play: Â The Huskies are 10-3-2 in CAA openers, dating back to 2005 when Northeastern joined the CAA. This match marks the CAA opener for both Northeastern and Towson.
- Historic CAA Success: Â Northeastern has won three CAA regular season championships (2009, 2014, 2016) and four postseason titles (2008, 2013, 2014, 2016). Including 2018, the Huskies have advanced to the CAA semifinals during six of the last eight seasons. NU has made eight consecutive CAA tournament appearances - the longest active streak among league members. Since 2016, Northeastern has achieved a 21-7-3 record during all CAA competitions under the leadership of Ashley Phillips.

PARKING AT PARSONS FIELD
- Fans who have purchased 2019 season-long Northeastern women's soccer parking passes may display their hanging tag at the gate to access their reserved parking space at Parsons Field.
- Remaining parking spaces (while available) will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis at the gameday rate of $20.
- Fans without parking passes may continue to park on neighboring Brookline streets. Northeastern encourages all fans to abide by Town of Brookline parking rules and regulations. NU is not responsible for penalties incurred.
