BOSTON - Northeastern (12-13, 6-7 CAA) will host the College of Charleston (15-11, 9-5 CAA) this Saturday inside Matthews Arena for a Noon tip. It will be Armed Forces and Emergency Services Day, presented by Chartwells, and service men and women, as well as first responders can use the promo code HONOR to receive a $7 ticket. COEN MOVES INTO SECOND IN CAA HISTORY
Head Coach Bill Coen moved into a tie for second all-time in CAA history with 158 league wins in the regular season and postseason combined. Coen is in his 14th season at the helm for the Huskies, he matches former Drexel Coach Bruiser Flint's 158 wins from 2002-16.
 
NORTHEASTERN CONTINUES TO BE ONE OF THE BEST FREE THROW SHOOTING TEAMS IN THE COUNTRY
The Huskies have ranked No. 1 or 2 in the country in free throw percentage all season long, checking in at .799 heading into today's game. NU has shot 80 percent or higher in 16 of 25 games this season and went a season-best 19-for-19 at Elon (2/1). Despite being the best team in the CAA from the charity stripe, NU has two losses by a total of three points where they shot 50 percent (7-for-14) in a one-point loss at William & Mary (1/30) and 64 percent (14-for-22) in a two-point OT loss at UNCW (1/18).
 
KEEP ROLAND!
Senior Jordan Roland continues to rank inside the top five in the NCAA in scoring at 23.5 points per game. He leads the CAA with six 30-point scoring games and has reached 20 or more points in 15 of 25 games this season. Roland was named to ESPN.com's top 25 players in the country through the first month of the season where he scored 81 points through the first two games.
 
WIN $3,500
One lucky Northeastern student will have a chance at winning $3,500 at the game. They will need to check into the Howlin' Huskies App, and present student ID when selected in order to compete for the prize.
