Morrison closes out competition at zone diving championships

RESULTS

MORGANTOWN, W. Va.— Elly Morrison of the Northeastern women's swimming and diving team capped off a successful sophomore campaign with her final day of competition at the NCAA Zone A Diving Championships in the 3-meter competition.

Morrison posted a 196.05 on the 3-meter springboards. This was Morrison's first trip to the zone diving competition, where she competed in both the 1 and 3-meter competition over two days.

The Maple Grove, Minnesota native's sophomore campaign included one CAA Diver of the Week honor and six first-place finishes.
