HAMPTON, Va. — The Northeastern women's swimming and diving team (6-2) wrapped up competition Saturday at the CAA Swimming and Diving Championships at the Hampton Virginia Aquaplex with three medal wins, including junior Mary Nordmann taking home gold in the 200 Fly.

• In the 1M Dive, senior Anelise Kim finished with 270.75, earning another bronze medal.
• Senior Anna Verlander recorded a fourth-place finish in the 200 Back championship final, touching the wall in 1:58.46 to earn a top-five conference finish.
• Freshman Sophie Bromley led the Huskies in the 200 Back consolation final, placing ninth overall with a time of 2:00.94. Sophomore Delaney Alonso followed closely behind in the same event, finishing 10th overall after posting a time of 2:01.41 in the consolation final.
• Freshman Siena Griffiths competed in the consolation final of the 1650 Free, finishing ninth overall with a time of 17:08.16. Junior Bella Busconi also scored for Northeastern in the 1650 Free, placing 10th overall after touching in 17:10.34.
• In the 100 Free, freshman Alex Fuller earned sixth place, touching the wall at 50.30. May Bradburn swam in the consolation finals earning a tenth place overall at 50.87.
• In the final second, junior Mary Nordmann pulled ahead in the 200 Fly to take home the victory in 2:00.29. Nordmann is the first Husky to ever win gold in the event at CAA's. Her time also breaks the current Northeastern school record, set in 2011. 
• The 400 Free Relay team of Alex Fuller, Mary Nordmann, Kotoko Blair and May Bradburn earned a bronze medal with their combined efforts. The team finished the race with a time of 3:20.70, a new school record. The previous record was set at the 2023 CAA Championships.

The Huskies concluded there season and competition following four days of racing at the 2026 CAA Swimming and Diving Championships.
