LOWELL, Mass. – Cailin Hart and
Mak Graves scored their first career goals to lead Northeastern (1-2, 0-0 CAA) in a 4-2 loss to UMass Lowell (2-0, 0-0 America East) at Wicked Blue Field on Friday.
Angela Connolly and
Lauren Rowe each added an assist in the game, while
Cassie Brazinsky and
Caroline Sweeney both had shots on goal.
The Huskies fought hard on defense as
Erin Savage made a career-high nine saves in goal while facing 16 shots and seven penalty corners from the River Hawks.
UMass Lowell had goals from Jenna Berger, Clara Defourt, Isobel Sargent and Kate Miller.
