Rafaella Lepenioti both notched 14 kills apiece for the Huskies as Northeastern (3-6, 0-0 CAA) took down Bryant (5-4, 0-0 NEC) in straight sets (25-19, 25-16, 25-21) at the Cabot Center. It was the third game of the Northeastern tournament featuring the Huskies, the Bulldogs, the Villanova Wildcats and the Harvard Crimson.
- Staunton recorded her 14 kills on a .583 kill percentage.
- Lepenioti also notched a block and seven digs. Both Lepenioti and Staunton finished with 15.5 points.
- Junior libero Kayla Martin tallied a team-high 20 digs and provided two service aces.
- Freshman defensive specialist Sara Kent provided two service aces, including one to finish the match.
The Huskies will face off with the final member of the tournament, Harvard, Saturday evening at 7 P.M. on
FloVolleyball.
