NORTH ANDOVER, MASS. – The Northeastern women's basketball team (3-5) had all 11 players who entered the game score, as they took down host Merrimack (1-5), 75-47, on Wednesday evening.

The Huskies were paced on offense by sophomore guard
Gemima Motema, who led all scorers with 16 points on 8-of-16 shooting. She also tallied five rebounds, three assists and two steals in the contest, and has now tallied double-digit points in seven of NU's eight games this season.

Junior guard
Derin Erdogan notched double-figures again with 13 points. She also dished out a team-high five assists, and added two steals.Â

Sophomore guard
Camille Clement also chipped in with a career-high 10 points.Â

The offensive effort was balanced as 10 different players made at least one field goal, and Northeastern shot 29-of-62 (46.8%) from the field.
- The Warriors got the first two points of the contest, but that would be their only lead of the quarter as the Huskies scored the next six points and dominated the rest of the way,Â
- The Huskies would continue their run to take a commanding 19-9 advantage into the second. Motema and sophomore forward Asha Parker paced the Huskies, each tallying four points in the frame.
- The scoring for NU continued in the second, as Motema extended the lead after back-to-back layups to lead 23-9.
- The teams went back-and-forth, but Northeastern continued to push the pace after a three-pointer from Erdogan and a layup by junior forward Izzy Larsen extended the advantage to 34-18 at the 4:04 mark.
- Merrimack went on an 8-1 run late in the quarter to trim the deficit, but a three-pointer and free throws from freshman guard Marian Turnbull kept the Huskies up by double-digits, 40-25, at halftime.Â
- The Huskies shot 51.7% (15-of-29) in the first half.
- Northeastern continued its strong performance on offense in the third, highlighted by back-to-back layups by Motema during an 8-0 run to extend the advantage to 49-27.
- The Huskies tallied nine straight points in the last two minutes of the quarter, and Erdogan closed the frame in style with a jumper at the buzzer to push the lead to 60-35. Â
- Northeastern continued its torrid pace in the final frame, shooting 60% (6-of-10) in the fourth.Â
- The final 10 minutes were highlighted by a career-high eight points from junior guard Amyrah Sapenter. Sapenter tallied two three-pointers down the stretch to seal the win.
- Â The Huskies tallied 22 points off turnovers, and 14 points off fast breaks.
