Cherry Wins 800M, Huskies Conclude Weekend of Competition

RESULTS

RALEIGH, N.C. -- Reed Cherry won the men's 800 meters with a time of 1:50.72 to lead the Northeastern track and field teams on Saturday at the Raleigh Relays.

Tessa McClain led the Huskies in the women's 800 meters, finishing 68th with a time of 2:14.61. Lauren Trejo ran a time of 2:19.20, Nicole Dunbury recorded a time of 2:19.50 and Lucinda Shotts finished with a time of 2:19.94.
In the men's 800 meters, Tyler Brogan finished 28th with a time of 1:52.63 and Nicholas Young followed in right behind him with a time of 1:52.67.
