Huskies Continue CAA Success with Seventh Consecutive Conference Title

DEDHAM, Mass. –
 The men's track and field team claimed their seventh-consecutive CAA Championship title behind a stellar performance by Donatien Djero who was named the CAA Men's Co-Most Outstanding Track Performer after winning the 100-meter dash with a meet record of 10.31, placing first in the 4x100 meter relay (40.59) and placing second in the 200-meter dash (21.24) on Saturday at Solomon Outdoor Track. 
 
Dominique Biron led the women's track and field team by winning the heptathlon with a meet record of 5,279 points and placing first on the podium in the women's high jump (1.65m), The women's team finished fifth overall with a team score of 107.5 points.
 
During the weekend of competition, the Huskies recorded a total of 14 first-place finishes.

  • Long Jump: Biron (5.81m) – 3rd
  • Heptathlon: Biron (5,279 points) – 1st
  • 1500 meters: Ava Duggan (4:36.90) – 3rd
  • 100-meter hurdles: Isabelle Dely (14.27) – 2nd
  • Discus: Abigail Klinge (45.33m) – 3rd
  • High Jump: Biron (1.65m) – 1st
  • 3000m Steeplechase: Azza Borovicka-Swanson (10:47.01) – 3rd
