CHARLESTON – No. RV/RV Charleston (25-3, 13-2) put four players in double figures and used an 18-2 first half run en route to a 99-63 win over the Northeastern men's basketball team (8-17, 4-10) on Monday night at TD Arena.

Jahmyl Telfort had 11 points on the night, becoming the 41st player in program history to score 1000 career points. As a team, Northeastern shot 24-of-65 overall and 5-of-22 from deep.

The Cougars were led by Ante Brzovic's 23 points on 9-of-15 shooting, while Dalton Bolon (14 points), Pat Robinson III (14 points) and Ben Burnham (16 points) also reached double digits for a Charleston squad that scored 52 points in the paint and shot 59% overall (38-of-64).

• The Cougars couldn't miss in the first half, starting the game 16-of-21 from the floor to lead by as many as 25 before heading into the break with a 49-32 advantage.

• The Huskies were within striking distance during an up-tempo start to the game before Charleston went on an 18-2 run over three minutes to take command of the game. Brzovic had seven points during the run before finishing with 17 in the half.

• Northeastern wouldn't shy away, though, going on a 12-0 run over less than three minutes, capped by a corner three from
Rashad King to cut into the deficit. NU finished the half 15-of-34 (44%) from the floor.

• The Cougars would then use another big run (15-2) over 5:15 early in the second half to remain in control the rest of the way.
