BOSTON— The No. 5 Northeastern women's hockey team is set to face the No. 15 Boston College Eagles in the Beanpot Championship on Tuesday, Feb. 14 at 7:30 p.m. in Conte Forum. The game will be available to watch on NESN+ and ESPN+.

Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for seniors and youth and are available
here. Students, faculty and staff from the four participating schools receive free entry to the 2023 Women's Beanpot with a school ID.

A fan bus is available and will leave from Forsyth Street (outside the Bank of America ATM) at 5:45 p.m. to head to the Beanpot final. Â

THREE THINGS TO KNOW:
- LAST TIME OUT: Northeastern mounted a come-from-behind 3-2 victory over then-No. 15 UConn in overtime to extend its winning streak to 15 games. Sophomore Tory Mariano scored the game-winner for her first goal of the season. Graduate student scored her fourth shorthanded goal of the season during the game and sophomore Taze Thompson recorded her third goal in as many games.
- BEANS, BEANS AND MORE BEANS: Northeastern owns 17 Beanpot Championships, the most of all four schools. The Huskies will be going for a record 18th this year at Boston College. The Huskies last won the tournament in 2020, defeating Boston University in double overtime. Graduate student Chloé Aurard was named the Beanpot MVP in 2020. The Huskies are coming off a 4-1 victory over the Boston University Terriers in the Beanpot Semifinals. Graduate student Alina Mueller leads all current Husky players with 10 Beanpot points in just five games played. Aurard is second on the team with eight points, while Maureen Murphy has a team-high five goals. Boston College and Northeastern have not met in the Beanpot final since 2017, where the Eagles won 2-1. This game will mark the eighth time the two teams have met in the Championship game, with Northeastern owning a 4-3 advantage in the all-time Championship game series. NU last defeated BC in the final in 2013, 4-3.
- THAT TEAM FROM JUST OUTSIDE BOSTON: Northeastern swept BC in the two teams three-game Hockey East series, winning 4-0, 2-0 and 1-0 in overtime. An Eagle has yet to score on the Huskies so far this season. Mueller leads all Northeastern players with seven points against Boston College in three games this season, off three goals and four assists. Mueller recorded two game-winning goals against the Eagles, while Aurard had the OT game-winner. BC is riding a four-game winning streak, taking down Harvard 3-0 to advance to the Beanpot Championship. Hannah Bilka leads the Eagles with 34 points, while Abigail Levy is BC's main goaltender with a 1.68 GAA and .949 save percentage.

Northeastern will close out its regular season with a home-and-home series against Boston University beginning on Friday, Feb. 17Â at 7 p.m. in Walter Brown Arena.
