BOSTON – The Northeastern swimming and diving program will travel to the CAA Championships in Hampton, Va. From Feb. 22-25 at the Hampton Aquaplex.
THREE THINGS TO KNOW:
- Chasing the Top: Since the Huskies joined the CAA prior to the 2006 season, they have competed in the CAA Championships each year except in 2021. The Huskies had their highest finish in fourth place at the 2018 championships.
- Two New Faces: The championships will feature eight teams this season after having just six a year ago, including Northeastern, William & Mary, Delaware, Drexel, UNC Wilmington, Towson, and the addition of Stony Brook and Monmouth.
- Conference Champs: The Huskies have six conference championships in the program's history, all in the America East. Northeastern won the America East in 1993, and every year from 2000-2004.
