Huskies Begin Outdoor Season at Black and Gold Invite

BOSTON – The Northeastern track and field program will start the outdoor season in Orlando, Fla., at the University of Central Florida's Black and Gold Invite. The meet will take place from Mar. 17-18, at the UCF Soccer and Track Complex.
 
THREE THINGS TO KNOW:
  • Championship Success: The Huskies come into the outdoor season following a championship at the inaugural CAA Indoor Championships from the men and a third-place finish from the women.
  • Medals on Medals: Between the men and the women at the championships, the Huskies earned 10 gold medals, four silver medals and four bronze medals.
  • Back Outside: Northeastern returns to outdoor competitions with the men as seven-time defending CAA Champions. The women are searching for their first title since the 2017-18 season and third overall.
 
Northeastern will return to action for the Raleigh Relays hosted by North Carolina State from Mar. 23-25 in Raleigh, N.C.
