Huskies Close Out September at Campbell, Open October VS New Hampshire

BOSTON - The Northeastern University men's soccer team (3-2-3, 1-1-2 CAA) travels south for a CAA match up with Campbell (1-3-4, 0-2-2 CAA) this Saturday, September 30 at 7 p.m. The Huskies return home the following Tuesday, October 3rd to face No. 24 New Hampshire (5-1-2) at Parsons Field at 6 p.m. Both games will stream on FloFC, while Tuesdays game will also stream on NESN+.

THREE THINGS TO KNOW:
  1.  REGIONAL POWER: The Huskies find themselves in the United Soccer Coaches Atlantic Region Top 10 for the third straight week, currently sitting in ninth. The Atlantic Top 10 also includes 2023 opponents Hofstra, (1), UNCW (2), BU (3) and Charleston (4) and Monmouth (8). The Huskies will face off with nationally-ranked New Hampshire this coming Tuesday - the Wildcats are currently ranked second in the Northeast Region Top 10.
  2. ROAD DOGS: Northeastern comes into the weekend with a 3-1-1 record away from home, 1-1-1 in CAA play. The Huskies have outscored opponents 10-5 in road matches this season. This road trip features a first-time opponent for the Huskies, the Campbell Camels.
  3. HOME SWEET PARSONS: Tuesday's game with UNH kicks off a three-game home stand for the Huskies, facing the Wildcats, Elon, and Bryant at Parsons Field. Northeastern has played just three home matches so far this season, and have five home games in their final eight games of the regular season.
