BOSTON— Alexis Legowski and Jessie Hunt of the Northeastern women's soccer team earned NCAA Division I New England Women's Intercollegiate Soccer Association (NEWISA) All-New England Team honors. Legowski was named to the Second Team, while Hunt earned Third Team accolades.
 
Legowski is now a three-time All-New England selection after earning Second Team honors following the 2023 season. A First Team All-CAA honoree, Legowski tallied five goals and one assist for 11 points. Her five goals marked a career-high.
 
Hunt claimed Third Team All-New England accolades, for her first career honors from NEWISA.  In 2023, Hunt posted a career-high six goals and 22 points, while also tallying 10 assists. Hunt's 10 assists tied to lead all CAA players. The All-CAA First Team selection led all Huskies with her 22 points, the fourth-best mark in the conference.
 
The 2023 NEWISA All-New England Team was chosen following a nomination and voting process. Each team contains four forwards, four center midfielders, four defenders and one goalkeeper. Voting ties expanded some teams.
