Men’s Hockey Faces No. 3 Terriers

BOSTON — The Northeastern Huskies are set for their second matchup this season with the No. 3-ranked Boston University Terriers. Tuesday night's game will be streamed on ESPNU and TSN.

THREE THINGS TO KNOW:
  1. O CAPTAIN, MY CAPTAIN: Junior captain Justin Hryckowian has made quite the impact since returning from an injury early on in the season, recording 17 points from five goals and 12 assists. The junior currently leads the Huskies with a plus-14 rating, while his plus-ten rating ranks seventh overall in Hockey East play. Among all skaters who have taken a minimum of 100 faceoffs this year, Justin Hryckowian leads Hockey East with a 64.2 faceoff percentage and is good for the fourth best mark in the country with a 63.2 faceoff percentage.
  2. THE ROOKIE: Holding the Huskies' only active point streak is freshman Dylan Hryckowian who has collected six points (1g, 5a) in four consecutive games for a 1.5 points per game. His seven-league assists rank eighth overall among all rookies in Hockey East. In the most recent series with Merrimack, Dylan Hryckowian skated away with a four-point weekend, tallying two assists in each game. The Quebec native finished with six shots, including a team-high five in game two, and a plus-three rating.
  3. THE 15-27 CONNECTION: Senior Alex Campbell and sophomore Jack Williams are the only two Huskies to record at least one point in every win this season. Williams takes the lead with 20 points from nine goals and 11 assists, while Campbell has tallied 16 goals from nine goals and seven assists in Northeastern's victories. The duo are also two of three Northeastern skaters to record a hat trick during the 2023-24 stint as well.
