BOSTON – Northeastern swimming & diving head coach Roy Coates announced the 2024-25 schedule on Tuesday. The slate features trips to Vermont, MIT, BU, New Hampshire, Puerto Rico, and Dartmouth.
Coates heads into his 32
nd season with a roster that features two-time CAA Diver of the Year
Erin Murphy, and will be led by captains
Devon Muldoon,
Elisabeth Bendall, and
Isabelle Chambers.
The Huskies are coming off another strong season, that was highlighted by a fourth-place finish at the CAA Championships, grabbing nine total medals in the process.
Northeastern will begin its season on September 7 with Swim Across America in Narragansett, Rhode Island. The Huskies will then compete in their Black vs. Red Intrasquad Meet at home on September 21 at 9 a.m. Northeastern will then face Vermont on the road (September 28), URI at home for Family & Friends Day (October 19), and then go across the Charles to take on MIT (October 25).
Northeastern will return home and host UConn on November 2. Events are slated to begin at 1 p.m.
The Huskies will head back on the road for a quick trip to the Terrier Invitational at BU (November 22-24), and then New Hampshire (December 7) before heading to Puerto Rico for their training trip (December 14-21).
Northeastern will kick off 2025 at the Tate Ramsden Invitational (January 17-18), and then host Stony Brook for Senior Day on January 25.
The team will close out the regular season at the Boston Winter Open at BU on February 7-8, and then host the NU Diving Invitational on February 8.
The CAA Championships are slated for February 26-March 1 at the Hampton Aquaplex in Hampton, Virginia.
