THREE THINGS TO KNOW:
- ELIZA TEP-NO: Junior goalkeeper Eliza Teplow posted her first shutout of the season with four saves against Drexel on Sunday, Sept. 28 in a 0-0 draw. Following her performance, Teplow earned CAA Defensive Player of the Week honors. She leads all CAA keepers averaging 4.90 saves per game and is second with a .790 save percentage.
- PLAYING FOR PRIDE: The past six meetings dating back to the 2021 season between the Huskies and Pride have been decided by one goal. Northeastern will be looking for its first victory at Hofstra since a 1-0 win on Oct. 14, 2021. The Huskies own a 10-20-3 record all-time against Hofstra. The Pride enters this matchup on a seven-game unbeaten streak, playing to seven straight tied games.
- SCOUTING THE TIGERS: Towson is riding a six-game unbeaten streak and will face Stony Brook on Thursday before taking on NU. The Huskies are 13-8-4 all-time against the Tigers and haven't lost a game to Towson since the 2011 season. In last year's meeting, the two sides played to a 2-2 tie with now-sophomore Lughano Nyondo scoring her first goal in conference play.
Northeastern will next host its final home game against Stony Brook on Sunday, Oct. 12 at 1 p.m.
