ALBANY— The Northeastern women's field hockey team (5-5, 1-1 CAA) fell to the University of Albany (8-3), with a score of 2-1 on Sunday afternoon. Sophomore Camille Armganian scored in the final second and graduate goalkeeper
Arabella Loveridge posted six saves in goal.
- Late in the first quarter, the Great Danes found the back of the net with a goal from Jenna Zunic.
- The second quarter remained scoreless. Northeastern goalie Arabella Loveridge made three impressive saves.
- In the third, Albany put another tally on the scorecard. Off a penalty corner, Mara Kuskes got the shot off, assisted by Indy van Ek.
- In the final one second of the game, the Huskies received a penalty corner. Sophomore Camille Armaganian seized the moment and netted the ball. The goal was assisted by Junior Alex Mega and Freshman Lucy Walton.
Northeastern will be back at Dedham on Friday, Oct 17 to face Hofstra at 3 p.m.
