11 Huskies Claim AHCA/Krampade All-American Scholar Honors

BOSTON— Northeastern women's hockey had a program-record 11 student-athletes earn AHCA/Krampade All-American Scholar honors for their exceptional results in the classroom during the 2024-25 season as announced by the American Hockey Coaches Association (AHCA) on Wednesday.
 
Holly Abela, Ella Blackmore, Jaden Bogden, Katie Davis, Morgan Jackson, Lisa Jönsson, Mia Langlois, Ellie Mabardy, Tory Mariano, Lily Shannon and Taze Thompson all claimed All-American Scholar Honors.
 
To qualify, a student-athlete must have attained a 3.75 GPA for each semester, and had to appear in 40% of the team's games. Exceptions were granted to injured players and back-up goaltenders. Schools also were required to be members of the AHCA.
