Huskies Travel To Bryant

BOSTON— The Northeastern women's soccer team is set to hit the road for the first time this season as the Huskies travel down to Bryant on Thursday, Aug. 28 for a 7 p.m. kick off. The game will stream live on ESPN+.

THREE THINGS TO KNOW:
  1. YOO-HOO LU: Sophomore Lughano Nyondo has posted two assists through three games for the Huskies, already besting her mark of assists from last season. The sophomore has assisted both Northeastern goals this season.
  2. LAST TIME OUT: The Huskies dropped two contests to Rhode Island and Providence last weekend. Graduate student Bridget Gleason scored against Providence, marking her first goal in a Husky uniform.
  3. SCOUTING THE BULLDOGS: Northeastern owns a 2-0-1 record all-time against Bryant. The two teams last meet in 2024, for a 0-0 tie where Eliza Teplow made three saves in goal to mark her first career shutout. The Huskies will be looking for their first win against the Bulldogs since 2010, a 3-0 victory at Bryant. The Bulldogs currently sit at 1-0-1 on the season and most recently tied Siena, 1-1.
The Huskies continue on their road stretch, next facing Brown on Thursday, Sept. 4 at 7 p.m.
