Arabella Loveridge posted eight saves in goal.
- The two teams battled in the first period, but each ended the fifteen minutes with no goals.
- New Hampshire struck fast twice in the second period. The Wildcats scored two goals within 42 seconds.
- The Wildcats put two more goals on the board in the third period.
- Northeastern's Helen Baldy put the ball in the back of the net in the fourth period at 47:15. This is Baldy's first career goal.
- Soon after, Emilia Adragna added a second goal for the Huskies. The goal came from a penalty shot.
- New Hampshire netted the final two goals to close the game, 6-2.
Northeastern will be back at Dedham on Sunday to face No.12 Ohio State at 12 p.m.
