"Our leadership will be one of our biggest strengths heading into the 2026-27 season," said Keefe. "Our captains are culture drivers. They are a hungry group, a driven group, and a team first group of leaders. We are excited to see them lead our team every day both on and off the ice."
Moore returns for his fourth season with the Huskies after appearing in all 36 games for the Red & Black in 2025-26. The Cumberland, Maine native tied his career-high four points, posting a career-best two goals and two assists. Moore added 72 faceoff wins and a team-contributing 23 blocked shots on the year.

Lemay returns to the blueline for his third season as a Husky after injury held him to nine games in 2025-26. The Quebec native has totaled 13 points from three goals and ten assists across two seasons with Northeastern, adding 54 blocked shots and 71 shots on goal in that span.
Sebastian took his game to another level in 2025-26, setting career-highs in points (8), goals (3) and assists (5) across 35 games. The Ontario native surpassed his career totals in faceoff wins (160), blocks (37) and shots on goal (39), highlighted by the game-winning goal against New Hampshire.

Connor was a pivotal piece of the Northeastern offense in 2025-26, leading the Huskies with four game-winning goals among his career-high 27 points in 36 games. The 5-10 forward posted career-bests in goals (13) and assists (14), added two power-play tallies and turned in six multi-point outings, capped by a three-point game against Holy Cross.
Mathieu led all Northeastern rookies with 30 points on 10 goals and 20 assists in his debut season, earning a spot on the Hockey East All-Rookie team. The Quebec native paced NU with 305 faceoff wins, ranked third with 50 blocks and recorded eight multi-point games — including a season-high three-point outing against New Hampshire in the Hockey East Opening Round.
