BOSTON, Mass. - The Northeastern men's soccer team is getting ready to travel to Hempstead, N.Y. to take on Hofstra University for a conference match on Monday, Sept. 28, at 5 p.m. The match will be streamed on FloCollege.
The Huskies currently hold an overall record of 4-2-2 and are currently 1-1-1 in conference play. The Huskies currently stand in third place in the north division of the CAA.
THREE THINGS TO KNOW

Red Hot Hofstra: Coming off an NCAA tournament appearance, Hofstra currently sits in second place, in front of Northeastern. This will be the 34th all-time meeting between the Huskies and Lions. Northeastern holds a record of 14-16-3 against Hofstra.

Freshman Frenzy: Freshmen Kortay Koç and Tate Duax continue to produce offensively for the Huskies. Currently, Koç is fourth in the nation for goals by a freshman (5) and Duax is tied for fourth in the nation in assists (6).

Shining Schmidt: Sophomore Will Schmidt, coming off a CAA Co-Player Of The Week, has been a solid producer for the Huskies this season. After his game winner against Monmouth last week, Schmidt is second on the team for goals (4) and third on the team for points (10).
After this weekend, the Huskies will return home to host Drexel University for a conference match on Saturday, Oct. 3 at 6 p.m., followed with a non-conference match against Harvard on Tuesday, Oct. 6, at 6 p.m.
