Junior Mari Creatini scored two goals, including the overtime game winner, to lift 12th-ranked Northeastern over host 17th-ranked Boston College, 3-2, at Alumni Stadium.
Creatini, the third leading scorer in the nation, tallied her eighth and ninth goals of the season. She put the Huskies (5-2) out front with a goal from Sara Webber 8:28 into the match.
Just under 10 minutes later, Webber scored unassisted for a 2-0 NU advantage at 18:12.
The Eagles (3-3) answered with 1:19 left before the break with a goal from Sabrini Lazzari.
BC's momentum continued as Sara York scored from Virginia Drozd 10:26 into the second stanza.
In overtime, Creatini beat BC goalie Jillian Savoy (two saves) for the win. Melissa Rowell assisted on the play.
NU keeper Diana Nelson made seven saves two earn her fifth win of the season.
The Huskies held an 8-7 penalty corner advantage.
