The Northeastern swimming and diving team was recently recognized as a Scholar All-America Team by the College Swimming Coaches Association.

The Scholar All-America Team award is presented to college and university swimming and diving teams that have achieved a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher. The award is presented to teams achieving this standard in the fall semester and in the semester of the NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships (winter/spring).

Northeastern swimmers and divers posted an impressive 3.37 team GPA to rank 40th nationally and second among its CAA peers.

The College Swimming Coaches Association is the oldest coaches organization in America.  In addition to Scholar All American Awards, the CSCAA recognizes All American Swimmers and Divers at the national championships every year.
