WHY NORTHEASTERN??
I thought it would be a good fit for the style of hockey I play as well as a good academic fit. I also wanted to play in the Beanpot.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PREGAME MEAL?
Mac n cheese with ketchup and grilled chicken.
WHAT PLAYER DO YOU MODEL YOUR GAME AFTER AND WHY??
Kris Letang because he is a smart offensive defenseman that is relied on in all situations. He is solid on defense, a smooth skater, and able to produce offense. Also has great style.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE HOCKEY MEMORY?
Back to the days of playing boy's hockey, and winning the Beanpot and Hockey East freshman year.
THREE WORDS I WOULD USE TO DESCRIBE MYSELF AS A HOCKEY PLAYER:

WHY DO YOU WEAR YOUR JERSEY NUMBER?
Because it's easy to remember.
WHAT HAS BEEN THE MOST CHALLENGING THING ABOUT COLLEGE SO FAR??
Not being able to sleep as much as I would like. Balancing school, friends, and hockey.

Murphy and the Huskies will be back in action on Saturday when Northeastern travels to Walter Brown Arena to take on No. 4/3 Boston University at 3 p.m.
