BOSTON – The Huskies are back in action this weekend at the Frank Elm Invitational. Northeastern will compete in the three-day meet in Piscataway, New Jersey against eight other teams. Prelims will begin at 9:30 on each day, with the top-32 swimmers from each event racing in the finals at 5 p.m.

Last Time Out:
Northeastern took down Boston University last week 175-120 for their second win of the season for the Red and Black. It was a great meet all-around with 12 different Huskies grabbing first or second place finishes. 12 new season highs were set against the Terriers.

Northeastern swept both relays again (200 medley relay and 200 free relay). The Huskies have taken a first place finish in every relay this season.

Megan Clark led the Huskies, contributing 18 points after finishing in first place in the 50 and 100 free. The sophomore was also a member of the first place 200 medley relay and 200 free relay.

Freshman
Klara Juliusson also had a big meet, taking first place in the 100 and 200 breast. She was also a part of the 200 medley relay that took first place.
Carly Schnabel was a member of the 200 medley relay, while also taking first place in the 200 free and second place in the 500 free.

On the diving side,
Alyssa Seales and
Jacquelyn Gover traded first place finishes in the one-meter and three-meter. Seales took first place in one-meter and second place in the three-meter. Gover finished first in the three-meter and second place in the one-meter.

Northeastern at Frank Elm Invitational:
Last year at the Frank Elm Invitational, the Huskies came in third overall with 1,194.50 points out of ten teams.Clark had a standout meet for the Red and Black last year, breaking two school records in the 50 free (23.06) and the 100 free (50.29).

The Huskies took second place in the 400 medley relay (Leong, Ellis, Touchette-McGowan, Clark) and third place in the 200 medley relay (Leong, Ellis, Touchette-McGowan, Clark).

Sara Touchette-McGowan took second place in 100 fly, while Gover took first place in the one-meter and second place in the three-meter.

CAA Diver and Swimmer of the Week:
A pair of Huskies –
Megan Clark and
Jacquelyn Gover – picked up Colonial Athletic Association weekly honors. Clark was named the Swimmer of the Week and Gover picked up Diver of the Week honors. This was both Clark's and Gover's second-career weekly award.
