• The Huskies and The College will meet for just the seventh time in program history, with the Huskies leading the series, 4-2 including a 2-1 record in Charleston
• Bolden Brace earned CAA Co-Rookie of the Week honors after his career weekend last week against William & Mary and James Madison

• Northeastern's first nine losses have come by a combined 38 points this season with its first four losses coming within four-points or fewer

CAA TOURNAMENT IN CHARLESTON
• The Huskies will take their first of two trips to Charleston beginning with this week's game against the Cougars
• Northeastern will return to the Lowcountry at the beginning of March for the CAA Championships, which will take place at the North Charleston Coliseum for the first time
• The North Charleston Coliseum seats 11,000 for basketball and has recently invested over $21 million dollars in enhancements. The multi-purpose complex is located within two miles of the Charleston International Airport and 10 miles from the historic district of Charleston

SCOUTING THE COUGARS
• The College of Charleston is  19-6 on the season and is tied atop the CAA standings with a 10-2 record. The Cougars have won their last three victories and 11 of the last 13 including a 67-66 victory over UNCW last Thursday.
• Charleston is 10-3 at home this season, including a 5-1 mark in conference play, the only blemish coming against UNCW in the middle of January

• 2016 CAA Rookie of the Year Jarrell Brantley is averaging a near-double-double with 12.9 points and 8.3 rebounds a game this season

ALL-TIME SERIES
• This will be just the seventh meeting between the two teams with the Huskies holding a 4-2 series lead
• Northeastern enters on a one-game win streak prevailing 58-57 on Senior Day last season as senior Quincy Ford tied and won the game on a pair of free throws down the stretch

LAST TIME VS. CHARLESTON
• After being iced twice at the free throw line, first as the officials dried the floor and, after making the game tying free throw, subsequently by the Charleston coaching staff, Quincy Ford knocked down the game-winning free throw with 4.7 seconds left in the ball game to give NU a 58-57 victory on Senior Night
• Ford was fouled driving on the game winning basket, and calmly knocked down two pressure free throws to leave Matthews, for the final time, with a win
• The win was key, as the Huskies improved to a tie for sixth place in the CAA with Charleston
• The win also signified head coach Bill Coen's 100th career CAA regular season victory in his 10 seasons at the helm of the Northeastern program
• Ford finished with nine points on the night to go along with nine rebounds.
• The Huskies were led by another senior, Zach Stahl who finished with 15 points. Stahl's 14th point, coming on a free throw, made him the 36th Northeastern basketball player to become a part of the 1,000-point club

LAST WEEK IN NU BASKETBALL
• The Huskies began the week with a road game at William & Mary, where Northeastern is 1-8 all-time with the lone win coming in the 2012-13 season
• Despite seven-straight wins on Groundhog Day, the streak was snapped with a 94-69 loss to the Tribe, who won their fourth straight home game by 18+ points
• The 25-point loss was the largest of the season for the Huskies, the previous largest coming by seven twice to Delaware and Towson
• No. 2 was the lucky number of the night as the Huskies' No. 2 Bolden Brace went off for his first 20-point effort of his career on a career-high six made 3-pointers on Feb. 2.
• T.J. Williams finished with 18 points, his 22nd 16+ point game of the season (out of 23) while Devon Begley finished with nine points, seven rebounds, a career-high two blocks and three steals
• On Saturday, the Huskies suited up just seven players and despite a hard-fought effort, led once again by Brace who finished with 21 points, fell 73-69 to JMU on the road
• The Huskies finished with a field goal percentage of  over 40 percent for the 19th & 20th time this season, and on Saturday tallied a >50 percent field goal percentage for the eighth time this season while extending their 3-pointer made streak to 114 games
