BOSTON – The Huskies' men's earned first place at the Joe Donahue Games on Saturday at the Reggie Lewis Center. It was their second first-place finish of the indoor season. The women's team took second place, while taking home seven event titles.

Northeastern dominated in the throws again. The men took first, second and third in both the shot put and weight throw.
Ryan Kim took first place in the shot put for the fourth time this season.

Senior
Eric Mellusi finished first in the weight throw and third in the shot put.
Shawn Bleichert and
David Adams took third and fourth in the 60m hurdles. Adams posted a time of 8.26, a season-best time for the sophomore.

Dan Romano and
Quinn Litherland both earned first-place finishes in the mile and the 500m, respectively. Romano crossed with a time of 4:17.71, a new personal best for the junior.

Erica Belvit and
Lauren Swanson took first and second in the weight throw, with Belvit posting a personal-best 17.84m.
Leeyan Redwood secured another first-place finish in the shot put.

Kerri Ruffo,
Brooke Wojeski and
Corinne Myers all earned first place finishes in the 3000m, mile and 1000m, respectively. In the 500m,
Patrice Williams,
Audrey Weyand and
Katie Hanlon took first, second and third place.Â
