PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The men's and women's track and field team competed at the Brown Springtime Invitational on Sunday, posting seven first-place finishes and 26 top-three finishes.

Sophomore
Brandon Moorer earned two top-five finishes, with a second-place finish in the 200 meter and a fourth-place finish in the 100 meter.
Jessica Scott and Amanda Reily both secured second-place finishes, Scott in the 200 meter and Reily in the 100 meter.

Audrey Weyand took first place in the 100 meter hurdles, while
Amy Piccolo finished second in the 400 meter hurdles. Weyand posted a time of 16.10, a new collegiate best for the senior.
Lucas Holt also earned a first-place finish in the 400 meter hurdles, and
David Adams placed second in the 110 meter hurdles.

Ryan Kim and
Eric Mellusi both championed a throwing event, Kim securing first place in the shot put, while Mellusi took first in the discus.
Leeyan Redwood also finished first in the shot put, while
Erica Belvit finished second in the hammer throw.
Priscilla Senoo posted a third-place finish in the shot put and a fifth-place finish in the discus.

Paige Suse and
Khailah Griffin also earned first-place finishies, Suse in the high jump and Griffin in the long jump. Â
