BOSTON – Eager to claim its first road victory of the season, the Northeastern women's soccer team will trek north to Dartmouth on Friday, Sept. 7, when the Huskies will square off against the Big Green. Kickoff is scheduled for 5 p.m.

SERIES HISTORY

• Northeastern may trail, 4-1-0, in its all-time series against Dartmouth, but the Huskies are unbeaten when led by their third-year head coach, Ashley Phillips (29-17-4 career coaching record).

• NU won its first-ever meeting against Dartmouth during 2017 at Parsons Field. The Huskies outshot the Big Green 17-10 (11-17 on target) and won seven corners while conceding none.

WHAT 2 WATCH 4

• Senior forward Hannah Rosenblatt leads the Huskies in goals (two) and co-leads the squad in points (four) with sophomore defensive back Mikenna McManus. Rosenblatt is Northeastern's active career leader in goals scored (24) and is one goal shy of tying Liza Rebello for fourth place on the Huskies' all-time goals list.

• Valentina Soares Gache has been involved during each of the Huskies' two match-winning goals this season. The senior assisted from the midfield line on Olivia Ware's 42nd-minute goal against Connecticut (Aug. 17) and scored the 35-yard, highlight golden goal against Boston University (104th minute) that earned the No. 5 spot on SportsCenter's Top 10 Plays segment.

• Senior goalkeeper Nathalie Nidetch has played 73 percent of the 2018 season. Her career numbers entering Friday night include a 1.01 goals against average and a .807 save percentage.

• Rookie forward Tatiana Ortega made her first collegiate start on Sept. 2 against Syracuse, logging a season high, 58 minutes.

• Northeastern is seeking its first true road win since its 2017 regular-season finale at UNCW (W, 1-0).
