BOSTON– The Northeastern men's basketball team is looking for its fourth-straight victory when they return to action on Saturday afternoon at Noon against UNCW.
The game will be broadcast live on NESNPlus and will kick start a men's basketball/men's hockey doubleheader at Matthews Arena on Saturday.
Northeastern is coming off of a 69-60 upending of the College of Charleston on Thursday night and with the win are now in sole possession of third place in the CAA standings.

- UNCW enters Saturday's game with the Huskies coming off of a 87-72 loss to Hofstra
- The Seahawks are 2-6 away from home this season, but both of those wins have come in conference action

- The Seahwaks are, once again, led by Devontae Cacok who is finally in his senior season at UNCW
- Cacok is once again averaging a double-double, this time in the form of 14.9 ppg and 11.6 rpg
- Adding to Cacok's totals are Jeantal Cylla (14.0 ppg) and Ty Gadsden (9.9 ppg)
- Kai Toews leads the team, and conference with 146 assists this season

- This will be the 26th meeting between the two teams in a series that Northeastern leads, 13-12
- The Huskies snapped a four-game UNCW win-streak last season with an 81-77 overtime win in Wilmington and then continued on to sweep the Seahawks for the first time since the 2010-11 season with a 107-100 overtime victory in Boston, putting up the most points of the Bill Coen era during that game
- The Huskies easily downed UNCW 79-52 in the CAA Semifinals to pick up their third-straight win over UNCW for the first time since 2010-11
