BOSTON – Making its 2019 New England debut, the Northeastern baseball team will look to hop back in the win column on Wednesday, March 13, when the Huskies visit Hartford for a 3 p.m. midweek matchup at Fiondella Field.

5 THINGS 2 KNOW
• Northeastern went 8-2 against New England opponents during the 2018 season, including a 3-1 victory against Hartford at Friedman Diamond (March 19). The Huskies finished with the second best record among New England Division I programs last season.
• NU is seeking its first road win at Hartford since 2004, when the Huskies swept their three-game America East series against the Hawks.
• One month into the 2019 season, Northeastern ranks fifth in the CAA in batting (.257 average), sixth in pitching (5.61 ERA) and third in fielding (.976 percentage).
• Jake Farrell co-leads the CAA with three home runs.
• Andrew Misiaszek needs one save to become the Huskies' exclusive record holder in the category. Misiaszek is currently tied with Mike Fitzgerald (2013-17) for the program's all-time saves record. He is three-for-three in save opportunities this season.
