BOSTON – Arriving at its final home game of the regular season, the Northeastern women's basketball team will formally recognize and send off the four members of its senior class on Sunday, March 3, when the Huskies oppose College of Charleston at Cabot Center. Tipoff is scheduled for 1 p.m.

2018-19 SENIOR CLASS
• Northeastern's 2018-19 senior class has compiled the ninth most wins (59) by a four-year graduating class during program history.
• The 2018-19 senior class has attained the most wins (59) and best winning percentage (.496) since the 2000-01 senior class posted 67 victories (.573).
• Point guard Jess Genco currently holds career program records in minutes played (4,443), games started (116), assists (513), 3-point field goals (283) and 3-point field goal attempts (803).
• Considering Jess Genco (1,447 career points) and Gabby Giacone (1,062), Northeastern is competing with two active members of its 1,000-point scoring club for the first time since the 2012-13 season (Deanna Kerkhof, Kash Cannon).

COACHES vs. CANCER 3-POINT CHALLENGE
• Throughout the remainder of the 2018-19 regular season, the Northeastern women's basketball team will be participating in the 2019 Coaches vs. Cancer 3-Point Challenge – a national initiative during which collegiate and high school basketball teams unite for a common cause to end cancer.
• The Huskies have set a fundraising goal of $1,000 and are actively encouraging fans to pledge their support for ever 3-pointer NU collectively hits as a team.
• As of March 2, Northeastern has hit 54 3-pointers, which translates to approximately $780 raised.

CAA POSTSEASON PICTURE
• With two weeks remaining in the 2018-19 CAA regular season, Northeastern (6-9 CAA) sits in a tie for sixth place in the conference standings along with William & Mary (6-9 CAA). The Huskies currently own the head-to-head tiebreaker against the Tribe courtesy of Northeastern's 88-74 win against William & Mary on Jan. 6 at Cabot Center.
• Each of the Huskies' final three regular season games are against opponents that are tied or rank below them in the league standings. Those three opponents – College of Charleston (March 3), William & Mary (March 7) and Elon (March 9) – yield a combined 12-34 record against the CAA.
• The Huskies are chasing one of the league's top six postseason seeds, which would secure NU a bye to the CAA quarterfinal round for the fourth consecutive season.

WITH A WIN …
• Northeastern would achieve its highest win total (17) under the leadership of fifth-year head coach Kelly Cole.
• The Huskies would tie the program's CAA-era record (since 2005-06) for most wins (2012-13).

RECORD WATCH
• Senior forward Gabby Giacone's 118 career appearances rank two fewer than the Huskies' program record that is currently co-held by Ashlee Feldman (2005-09) and Dani Iervolino (2009-12).

REGULAR SEASON TRENDS
• Northeastern is 14-0 this season when holding its opponent to less than 40 percent shooting from the field (6-0 during CAA play).
• The Huskies are 12-4 when outrebounding their opponent, experiencing their defeats at Marist (+1), at Towson (+14), against Drexel (+8) and against Hofstra (+5).
• NU has posted a 13-2 record this year when registering 14 or more team assists.

UP NEXT
• Northeastern will visit William & Mary on Thursday, March 7, to contest its penultimate game of the regular season.
