Leeyan Redwood finished second in the shot put, setting a personal record by throwing 15.54m, to lead the Northeastern track & field team on the final day of competition at the Beantown Challenge. The men's team finished in fifth with 45 points while the women's team also finished in fifth with 62 points.
Amy Piccolo finished in fifth in the women's 500m dash with a time of 1:17:40.
David Adams placed second in the men's 500m dash with a time of 1:04:33.
Shraeya Srinivasan placed second in the triple jump (11.65m).
At the Harvard Multi Meet,
Liam Landau finished in fifth place in the men's heptathlon.
