BOSTON — The Northeastern women's rowing team competed in their final event of the fall season, the Foot of the Charles, on Saturday morning and earned a third-place finish in the varsity women's eight race.
- In the varsity women's eight, Northeastern's first boat finished third with a time of 13:27.48, just six seconds behind the winning boat.
- Northeastern finished ahead of boats from Boston College, Radcliffe, and Rhode Island in the women's eight, and finished behind the BU openweight and BU lightweight eights.
- Of 28 boats in the race, the Huskies' first boat only finished behind two BU boats.
This race concluded the fall season for Northeastern rowing and they will return in 2022 to compete in the spring season.
