BOSTON - The first-place Northeastern Huskies (8-6, 7-1 CAA) return to the hardwood to take on Towson (3-12, 2-8 CAA) this Saturday and Sunday at SECU Arena. Game times are set for 1 p.m. and the games will be streamed on FloHoops.com.
COEN ON THE VERGE OF HISTORY
Head Coach Bill Coen is just one win shy of matching legendary coach Jim Calhoun's 250 wins at Northeastern from 1972-86. Coen is in his 15th season and despite losing 70 percent of the scoring from last season, the youthful Huskies stand in first place heading in the final three weeks of the regular season.

The Huskies are the highest ranked team in all of New England in the RPI rankings, checking in at No. 61. Following Northeastern is No. 96 UConn, No. 102 Providence, No. 139 Rhode Island, No. 154 UMass, No. 173 Boston University, No. 241 Vermont and No. 257 Boston College.
BEST ROAD TEAMS IN THE CAA
Northeastern is a perfect 3-0 this season in conference play on the road. The Huskies have won nearly 67 percent of their road games over the last four years and are 20-10, trailing only Hofstra at 24-8 (.750). NU is riding a four-game CAA road winning streak heading into this weekend's games.
NEXT UP
The Huskies' scheduled games against UNCW on Feb. 20-21 are postponed due to COVID-19 protocols within the UNCW program, announced by the league office earlier this week. Northeastern's final regular-season games are set for Feb. 27-28 at William & Mary.
