RESULTS
BOSTON -- Dominique Biron finished first in the women's high jump with a mark of 5 feet, 6 inches to lead the Northeastern men and women's track and field teams at the Husky Field Event Challenge hosted by UConn on Saturday afternoon at the Hugh S. Greer Field House.
Khailah Griffin placed second in the women's long jump with a mark of 17 feet, 11.75 inches, while
Sydney Robinson followed suit finishing in third with a mark of 17 feet, 7 inches.
Melissa Purcell also earned the runner up position in the women's pole vault with a mark of 10 feet, 6 inches.
Thomas Qualter placed third in the men's pole vault with a collegiate-best mark of 14 feet, 3 inches, while Biron also finished third in the women's shot put with a distance of 38 feet, 6 inches.
Phillips Magre tied his personal-best mark in the men's high jump with distance of 6 feet, 6.74 inches.
