CHERRY HILL, N.J.— In its first action of the spring season, the Northeastern women's rowing program raced at the Doc Hosea Invitational on Sunday morning on the Cooper River. Due to weather conditions all finals were cancelled at the Doc Hosea Invitational.
- Helaina Howe stroked the first varsity to a spot in the grand final, placing third in the first heat with a time of 6:39.57.
- Northeastern's second varsity eight and third varsity eight each qualified for their respective petite finals. The second varsity eight finished in a time of 7:01.05, while the third varsity eight finished with a 7:18.77.
- The Huskies' first varsity four and second varsity four also qualified for their petite finals. The first varsity four took second in their heat in a time of 7:47.98, while the second varsity four placed third in their heat, crossing the finish line in a time of 8:09.38.
The Huskies will next travel down to Florida for the Sunshine Invitational in Sarasota from April 1-2.
