HANOVER, N.H. - The Northeastern swimming and diving program finished up the first day at the Tate Ramsden Invitational, competing against Dartmouth and UMass.
Jamie Koo broke the meet record in the 50 free with a time of 23.46, while the Huskies quartet of Koo, Marcela Scaramuzza, Cambria Semmen and Kotoko Blair broke the meet record in the 200 free relay with a time of 1:35.46. The meet dates back to the 2010-11 season.

Grace Miller earned a second-place finish in the 500 free with a time of 5:12.40, while Scaramuzza followed behind in fourth place with a time of 5:13.93. Mary Banick finished in fifth place at 5:16.81.

In the 200 IM, Hannah Seward grabbed a second-place finish at 2:06.74 and Devon Muldoon followed closely behind in third place at 2:07.37. Anna Verlander took fifth place with a time of 2:09.09.

Following Koo in the 50 free, Blair finished in second at 24.12 and Semmen finished in fifth at 24.45.

In third place in the 200 free relay, Seward, Nikita Pelletier, Stella Urness and Verlander came in at 1:37.85.

In the 3M dive, Lauren O'Sullivan took second place with a season-best score of 274.50. Erin Murphy followed behind with a score of 267.35 in third place, while Lizzie Meschisen (261.50) placed fourth, with a season-best score of her own.
The Huskies will be back tomorrow Jan. 21, for the second day of action at the Tate Ramsden Invitational.
