BOSTON – The Northeastern men's basketball team heads back on the road for a pair of conference contests this weekend, beginning on Thursday night at Towson. Tip-off is set for 7 p.m. on FloHoops.

THREE THINGS TO KNOW
Â
1. THE SERIES WITH TOWSON
The Huskies and Tigers are meeting for the 49th time in series history, with Northeastern leading the series 28-20. All three games last season were decided by single digits, including a 58-53 victory for Northeastern at Matthews Arena.
 Â
2. DOUBLE 'EM UP
Chris Doherty (15 points, 14 rebounds) and
Joe Pridgen (14 points, 14 rebounds) had big nights for Northeastern on Jan. 16 vs. Delaware, recording their first double-doubles of the season in a 59-58 come-from-behind victory. It was the first time this season, and first since Nov. 30, 2021, that two Huskies both recorded double-doubles in the same game.
Â
Doherty followed it up with his second double-double of the season, good for a tie for eighth in the CAA, on Jan. 21 vs. No. 18 Charleston with 11 points and 13 rebounds.
Â
3. DEEP BENCH
Northeastern's bench has outscored its opponent in 13 of the team's 19 games this season, including a season-high 49 points on Dec. 18 at UIC. The Huskies are 45th in the NCAA and third in the CAA averaging 25.63 bench points per game.Â
