Huskies Close Road Trip At Seton Hall Wednesday On FS2

BOSTON – The Northeastern men's basketball team closes its seven-game road swing on Wednesday night when the Huskies take on Seton Hall. Tip-off at the Prudential Center is set for 6:30 p.m. and the game will be nationally televised on FS2.

THREE THINGS TO KNOW

1. SERIES HISTORY VS. SETON HALL

Northeastern and Seton Hall are meeting for the fourth time in series history, and first since 1982. The Pirates holds a 2-1 series lead, which dates back to 1921-22. NU won the most recent meeting at the Atlantic City Classic on Dec. 17, 1982.

2. TAKING ON THE BEST
Northeastern has never been afraid to take on the nation's top programs during Bill Coen's 17 years at Northeastern. During his tenure, the Huskies have earned victories over nine high-major programs, the most among CAA teams in that span:

• Nov. 15, 2018 vs. Alabama - W, 68-52
• Dec. 18, 2016 vs. Michigan State - W, 81-73
• Nov. 14, 2016 vs. Connecticut - W, 64-61
• Nov. 27, 2015 vs. Miami (FL) - W, 78-77
• Nov. 18, 2014 vs. Florida State - W, 76-73
• Nov. 21, 2013 vs. Georgetown - W, 63-56
• Nov. 26, 2011 vs. St. John's - W, 78-64
• Dec. 22, 2008 vs. Indiana - W, 55-42
• Nov. 15, 2008 vs. Providence - W, 70-66

The Huskies also have Virginia on the non-conference slate in 2023.

3. BREAKOUT PERFORMANCES
Through seven games, Northeastern has already had four veteran players reach new career-highs in scoring:

• Nov. 20 vs. Kennesaw State: Rashad King (18)
• Nov. 20 vs. Kennesaw State: Luka Sakota (23)
• Nov. 21 vs. Georgia Southern: Jared Turner (19)
• Nov. 25 at Princeton: Harold Woods (21)
