Huskies Send All Crews To C/D Semifinals at NCAA Regatta

PENNSAUKEN, N.J.— Competing on the first of three days at the 2023 NCAA Rowing Championship on Friday at the Camden County Boathouse on the Cooper River, the Northeastern women's rowing team advanced all three crews into Saturday morning's C/D semifinal races after heats.
  • The first varsity eight, stroked by Charlotte Kershaw, kicked off day one for the Huskies placing fifth with a time of 6:49.790.
  • The Huskies' 2V, stroked by Eleanor Forbis, placed fifth in their heat with a time of 7:20.920.
  • Stroked by Peri Mishkin, the varsity four placed fifth in their heat, ahead of Jacksonville, crossing the finish line in a time of 8:20.400. 
In tomorrow's semifinals the top three advance to the C final, while the remainder advance to the D final.
