Huskies Set 200 Free Pool Record On Day One Of Tate Ramsden Invitational

HANOVER, N.H. — The quartet of senior Jamie Koo, sophomore Kotoko Blair, freshman May Bradburn and freshman Mary Nordmann set the pool record in the 200 Free Relay at Dartmouth's Karl Michaels Pool on Day One of the Tate Ramsden Invitational and the Huskies picked up three wins total.
  • The 200 Free Relay team posted a time of 1:32.77 to set both the meet and pool records, and were under two seconds away from the Northeastern record.
  • Junior Hannah Seward picked up a win in the 200 IM, setting the meet record with a time of 2:04.71. The Huskies earned places 1-7 in the event.
  • Koo also won the 50 Free, recording a time of 23.17 to break the meet record. She was followed by Bradburn (23.32) and Blair (23.55).
  • Junior Erin Murphy finished second in the 3M Dive with a score of 284.95 and senior Grace Miller was the runner-up in the 500 Free (5:01.18).
Competiton resumes Saturday, Jan. 20 at 10 a.m.
